Cancellations

- You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time are non-refundable, as preparation and scheduling commitments have already been made.
-If you choose to cancel within this window, you may either forfeit the session or proceed as scheduled.

Rescheduling

-You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session at no additional charge.
-Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and discretion.

No-Shows

-If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
