Cancellations You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time are non-refundable, as preparation and scheduling commitments have already been made. If you choose to cancel within this window, you may either forfeit the session or proceed as scheduled. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and discretion. No-Shows If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
